At MUNICIPAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason to receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
